It’s another beautiful autumn day outside, and I was feeling inspired to light all my fall candles, drink my Starbucks maple pecan coffee (if you haven’t tried it yet, you are missing out haha), and throw together a quick fall inspired look for this little corner in our family room.

This chair, an antique find, is the perfect piece for this corner, and it’s my husband’s favorite chair in the house. It’s a great little spot to sit in and watch the leaves changing color outside with a nice cup of apple cider or hot chocolate. I picked up this chair from The Found Cottage Mercantile Market in Holland, Mi last year, and it’s been a favorite ever since. I styled it with a little wooden stool I refinished from JoAnn’s a few years back. All I needed to spruce this space up for fall were some faux fall stems and a little pumpkin. That’s it! Quick, simple, and perfect to cozy up any space.

These stems are from Hobby Lobby, the copper canister is from there as well, and the pillow is from a small shop. Have a small corner in your home that you want to jazz up for fall? You don’t need much. Even just a thick blanket, a pumpkin, and a comfy pillow are really all you need. Maybe grab a little stool you can set your favorite fall drink on while you read your favorite fall book.

I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing this fun little space in our family room today! (And yes, I actually catch Charlie sitting on chairs like this haha.) I hope you all are having a wonderful day enjoying this gorgeous season!

Love the phone! Charlie is such an awesome “addition”! He looks like he was made for this!
Thank you! That’s a DIY I’m going to have to share! It was actually gifted to me by my sister-in-law. It had belonged to her. It’s been a great addition! And so is Charlie for sure haha. He’s definitely a pup with a whole lot of personality!
